Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If you exceed your daily request limit, API calls will continue to work but may be throttled. We'll notify you via email so you can upgrade your plan if needed. We also offer auto-upgrade options to ensure uninterrupted service.

Request limits are calculated on a daily basis and reset at midnight UTC. Each API call to our geolocation service counts as one request. Cached responses do not count against your limit.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact our support team for a full refund.
